From disconnected to empowered

A structured path from “I know I should move more” to “I know exactly what my body needs — and I can do this on my own.”

Sessions 1–2

Reconnect

Instead of listening to external expectations, you start listening to your own body. We get curious about what’s present — sensation as information, not judgment. With that body awareness, we explore what your body needs and wants — and what doesn’t serve you. This shapes your honest goals and the path to reach them.

Sessions 3–8

Rebuild

The strong core of your coaching journey. We explore movement forms, exercises, and daily micro-habits. You build a body vocabulary and a self-cueing system of your own, then weave them into a real, balanced movement practice that fits your body, your goals, and your life.

Sessions 9–11

Rhythm

We deepen the practice into your real life and build resilience for when life gets in the way. You start to take the lead. I step back — still here to support and guide as you define and take your own next actions.

Session 12

Release

You showed up for yourself. You leave with your own movement practice and the confidence to keep going — through good weeks and hard ones. You can come back, but you don’t need me anymore.

Themes shift based on what emerges in early sessions — a dancer might move through “Redefining Movement” quickly and need more time on identity; someone deeply disconnected might need an extra Reconnect-style session before Rebuild lands.

I draw from dance, yoga, functional fitness, fascial training, and more — but the goal is to find what works for YOUR body and YOUR life. You leave with a practice that’s yours.

Built on a Master’s in Sports and Health Science and 10+ years of hands-on coaching. My approach is compassionate, but the foundation is real research. I take both your body and your life seriously.

Hey, I’m Jasmin.

I’ve spent 10+ years helping hundreds of people move better — as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and dance educator. I hold a Master’s in Sports and Health Science, plus certifications as Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Trainer, and 200h Yoga Teacher. My own movement practice is grounded in 25 years of semi-professional dance education and a wide range of movement forms — including calisthenics, partner acrobatics, and climbing.

While movement has always been an essential part of my life, I spent five years in marketing and PR agencies and three years in tech before this. I know what a packed schedule, demanding work, and a full private life feel like. That’s when I started building micro-habits to integrate movement into a demanding life — and that experience shaped the approach I now share in my coaching with other high performers who want to feel at home in their bodies again.

I created RRJ Movement because I never aligned with the idea that clients should depend on their trainer. I want you to leave with the tools, the confidence, and the joy to move on your own.

My real skill isn’t any single modality. It’s listening — deeply — to what your body is telling you, and helping you hear it too. Movement should give you energy, not drain it.
