Hey, I’m Jasmin.
I’ve spent 10+ years helping hundreds of people move better — as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and dance educator. I hold a Master’s in Sports and Health Science, plus certifications as Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Trainer, and 200h Yoga Teacher. My own movement practice is grounded in 25 years of semi-professional dance education and a wide range of movement forms — including calisthenics, partner acrobatics, and climbing.
While movement has always been an essential part of my life, I spent five years in marketing and PR agencies and three years in tech before this. I know what a packed schedule, demanding work, and a full private life feel like. That’s when I started building micro-habits to integrate movement into a demanding life — and that experience shaped the approach I now share in my coaching with other high performers who want to feel at home in their bodies again.
I created RRJ Movement because I never aligned with the idea that clients should depend on their trainer. I want you to leave with the tools, the confidence, and the joy to move on your own.
My real skill isn’t any single modality. It’s listening — deeply — to what your body is telling you, and helping you hear it too. Movement should give you energy, not drain it.
